International Etruscan Sigla Project
The International Etruscan Sigla Project brings together archaeology, epigraphy, and digital methods to document and compare markings whose interpretation depends on more than linguistic analysis alone. A siglum acquires interpretive value through the relationships among its morphology, position, support, and archaeological context, considered together with its chronological and geographical distribution and any associated markings or inscriptions.
